Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate your business! To ensure a smooth scheduling experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellation made on the same day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price. • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the service. • Hair must be washed, (we will not style dirty hair) blow dried and detangled prior to service. To ensure proper detangling a finger test will be performed. If fingers can not successfully pass through hair with very minimal obstruction a $25 detangling fee will be add to your service.
